Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to international route subscriptions and the related user panel provided by VPNFar. Before using the service, please read these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the details of your selected plan. Using the service means you accept the applicable rules. If you have questions about these terms, contact us through the ticket portal in the user panel before deciding whether to use the service.

Service Scope

VPNFar provides international route subscriptions for cross-border access, with coverage in 100+ countries and 230+ routes. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes, account benefits, and service status are shown in the user panel. Regional coverage does not mean every route is available at all times.

Subscriptions are for configuring supported clients and do not include accounts, paid content, or usage permissions for third-party websites. Whether a destination website is available depends on its regional policies, account requirements, and operating status. Route changes do not guarantee continued access to any third-party service.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required; you can register with a username and password. Keep your login details, subscription URL, and related configuration secure. Do not publish them publicly or let others use them. If you discover that your account has been misused or your subscription details exposed, change your credentials promptly and request assistance through a ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time, provided they are managed by the account holder. This device policy does not permit account sharing among multiple people. Without permission, you may not resell, rent, or distribute a subscription, or repackage this service as a network service for others.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. For mid-cycle upgrades, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. Before choosing, check the plans page and the billing method in your order. Rules for different types of data should not be treated as interchangeable.

Lawful Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where you are located and to your activities, and determine for yourself whether the content you access, information you transmit, and purpose of your use are lawful. The service provides network connectivity; it does not authorize you to violate a destination website's terms or infringe the rights of others.

You may not use the service for fraud, malicious attacks, distributing malware, unauthorized system access, intellectual property infringement, or other unlawful activity. Do not disrupt route operations, misuse interfaces, or interfere with other users' ability to connect normally. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.

Availability and Liability

Connection performance depends on your local network, carrier routing, the status of destination services, device configuration, and maintenance. VPNFar does not guarantee a fixed speed or latency, or uninterrupted connections. If an issue occurs, first check your account status, update your subscription, and provide relevant error details to help with troubleshooting.

Maintenance, upstream failures, or events beyond reasonable control may temporarily interrupt some routes. The service will take restoration or adjustment measures as appropriate. Planned maintenance will be announced in the user panel. Keep copies of important information, and do not rely on a single connection as the sole safeguard for critical business operations.

VPNFar does not control third-party content, account reviews, or platform policies. Liability is determined based on the cause of the issue and applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law or restrict rights you are entitled to under applicable law.

Suspension and Account Termination

If a subscription is publicly distributed, resold or shared, used unlawfully, or used in a way that affects service operations, VPNFar may restrict connections, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account. Any action should be proportionate to the actual risk. In urgent cases, restrictions may be applied first, with the reason provided afterward.

If you disagree with an action, submit an explanation through a ticket and request a review. You must cooperate by providing necessary information during the investigation and must not increase the risk. Account suspension, termination, and refund requests are handled separately; terminating an account does not automatically determine a refund request.

You may request a full refund without giving a reason within 60 days of your first payment. For details on how to apply, see the Refund Policy.

Changes and Notices

VPNFar may update these terms when the service scope, operating arrangements, or applicable laws change, and will update the last-updated month at the top of the page. Material changes affecting account benefits or major usage rules will be announced in the user panel, together with details of how they apply.

You should review these terms and notices periodically. If you have questions about a change or do not accept it, you may stop using the service and ask through a ticket how an existing subscription will be handled. New terms will not retroactively remove rights already acquired under applicable law. Rules on the handling of personal information are described separately in the Privacy Policy.
