Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy applies to the VPNFar marketing site and user panel, as well as the processing of personal data involved in providing subscription services. It distinguishes account and transaction data, site analytics, and network connection content, and explains the purposes and limits of processing each type of data.
Account Data and Why We Collect It
No email address is required; an account can be created with a username and password. VPNFar does not require a registration email. If a user voluntarily provides an email address or other contact details in a support ticket, they are used only to handle that request. The account system processes usernames, password verification data, and account status to authenticate users, provide subscriptions, and manage account permissions.
Order records include the selected plan, order status, payment outcome, and refund processing details. They are used to verify entitlements, resolve transaction disputes, and meet necessary record-keeping obligations. Support ticket content is used to answer questions and follow up. Before submitting a troubleshooting screenshot, please conceal passwords, login credentials, and complete subscription URLs.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Handling
VPNFar follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit, or retain browsing content, destinations, DNS query history, or connection logs that could be used to trace an individual's browsing activity. Connection logs are not kept persistently, and no historical link is created between users and their destinations.
Temporary session data needed to establish connections and forward data is used only for the current communication and is not retained as browsing history after the session ends. Account traffic usage and subscription status are used for metering and entitlement checks and do not include details of websites visited. Site analytics and troubleshooting information voluntarily submitted by users are separate categories and should not be confused with network access logs.
Site Analytics and Browser Storage
Site analytics help us understand page visits, referral categories, and entry-point clicks, so we can identify page issues and improve how information is organized. Analytics are limited to interactions with pages on this site and are not used to track other websites users access through international routes. Do not enter account secrets or subscription credentials in URL parameters.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain login sessions and save language preferences and necessary interface settings. Login credentials are stored in the current browser environment. Sign out after using a shared device. You can restrict cookies or clear site data in your browser settings. After doing so, you may need to log in again and preferences may reset, but this will not automatically delete server-side account or order records.
Third-Party Payments and Data Disclosure
Payments are supported via Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service or settlement channel, whose pages and transaction networks are governed by their own privacy policies. VPNFar verifies payments using order identifiers, transaction credentials, and payment results; users are not asked to provide their payment account passwords to this site.
VPNFar does not sell personal data. When disclosure is necessary to complete a transaction, provide essential technical support, or meet applicable legal obligations, only the information needed for that purpose is disclosed. Third-party pages are outside this site's control. Before paying, verify the recipient details and review the privacy information provided.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and refund records are retained as required for transaction processing, dispute resolution, and applicable laws. Support ticket data is retained while a request is being handled and for any necessary follow-up checks. There is no single retention period for all data. Data is deleted or anonymized when its processing purpose has ended and there is no valid reason to retain it.
Users can log in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data. Account ownership may need to be verified before a request is processed. Deletion may affect access to subscriptions and future services. If information must be retained by law or relates to an unresolved transaction, we will explain why it is retained and limit its use to that purpose. Clearing browser data does not replace this request.
Policy Updates and Privacy Requests
Revisions to this policy will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be changed accordingly. Important changes to processing purposes, data categories, or user rights will be explained through notices on the site or in the panel. Where separate consent is legally required, it will be handled as applicable.
If you have questions about how data is used, the basis for retention, or the outcome of a request, submit a privacy inquiry through a panel support ticket. Specify the account, data category, and action you are requesting. Do not send passwords in a ticket. Other subscription terms are available in the Terms of Service.
